SARANORMAL: GHOST
TOWN BY PHOEBE RIVERS
The book that I would like to review this month is saranormal ghost
town. The author of this book is Phoebe Rivers. This book is about a Sara
Collins. Sara Collins is a normal girl with an abnormal secret. She sees
spirits. Sara has had this ability for almost as long as she can remember, but
she doesn’t like to talk about it. She wants nothing more than a normal life.
But, her world is about to be turned upside down because she is moving across
the country to a town with dark past, roaming with supernatural entities.
I have learnt many lessons from this novel. Among them is, courage is your torch
is difficulties. We can see that Sara is very lonely as she holds an abnormal power which
none of us possess. She also can’t share the difficulties she face to her father
because he can’t see spirits and he thus he will never understand her. Even so,
Sara never gave up but she confronted the spirits daringly.
Next, we
should not judge a book by its cover. At first, Sara thought the old men’s
spirit is here to haunt her. She even tried to exorcist the spirit. But at the
end the realised that the old men’s spirit is there to save Sara and many other
kid from a very big accident. Sara also managed to save The Victorian Mansion
from burning down. From that moment onwards Sara Collins learnt not to judge
anyone.
Other than that, I’ve also learnt that love is priceless and
the ultimate thing in this world. For example, Robert Black aka the old
men’s spirit build the Victorian Mansion when he was alive. He built it for his
dearest wife. But unfortunately, his wife past away just before they move in.
In the sorrow the old men did not come out the mansion and eventually passed
away. Other than him, Sara’s father Mr .Collins loves his daughter very much
that he tries his best to understand her feelings. Even when Sara shouts and
slams the door at his face he did not give up trying or take it seriously.
The conclusion is the novel Saranormal: Ghost Town has all the crucial
lessons that we need in our lives. So, I suggest you read the book and
experience the thrill yourself
