Howard and the Clumsies are heading to the seaside for what
Howard calls a “conference” and the Clumsies call a “holiday” but many things
happen .Although Howard’s evil boss Mr Bullerton object Howard from bringing
Allen, Howard’s dog to the conference but Howard impress Mr Bullerton and bring
Allen together. Next , Howard happen to miss his train to the hotel but he
still get to the hotel on time. After they reached their destination, they began
to have fun. They want to show Howard the sand castle that they build but
they go into the wrong room . The room
belongs to Mr Bullerton. When Mr Bullerton saw the mess and the word “ Howard”
in his room, he gets angry and Howard and the Clumsies manage to get away.
There are three lessons that I can learned from this story.
The first lesson I have learned is to be brave to fight for your principle.
Example, Howard impress his evil boss Mr Bullerton. He deceive Mr Bullerton by
calling his phone and lure him into his own office. After he went in his office
, they quickly locked him in and ran back home to take Allen with them.
The second lesson I have
learned is never give up so easily. Example, although Howard and the
Clumsies missed the train , but they didn’t give up .They keep searching another
way to go to the conference although the journey is harsh. At last, they made
it in time.
The third lesson I have learned is must have kindness. For
example, when they heard that they need to go to another city , they first
thought is to fetch Allen to go together. Besides that, the Clumsies , Allen ,
Leo the crab, Elizabeth
the donkey and Howard’s elephant shows kindness to Howard. To let Howard see
the sand castle they made , they carry sands into the hotel to build in Howard’s
room. They gone through many harsh situation.
In conclusion, this book is interesting , fun and funny. I
learned the lessons from this book can be use in our daily life. A person must be
brave to fight for his or her own principle , never give up so easily and have
kindness.
