Confessions of a shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella

The moral value that we could all adapt from this story starts from Becky. She  thinks that she

buys things, she will get the attention she desires. So, she desperately wants to purchase a

Denny & George scarf that she borrows the money from the Mr. Brandon to get. She keeps

thinking that she will be the girl that is known for her scarf. Also, she is trying to figure herself out

& become who she really wants to be. She doesn't trust herself or her abilities- she just does

her job even though she dislikes. Mostly, it is the journey that Becky takes in figuring out what

she loves, who she loves & why she needs to appreciate who she is & how smart she really is.
