Twenties Girl

The novel that I have read is Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella. Lara's 105 year old great aunt Sadie returns in ghost form on the hunt for her beloved, missing dragonfly necklace during her funeral. She needs her necklace to find peace and 'move on'. Much to Lara's dismay, who seems to be the only one who can see her. Great aunt Sadie dosen't return as a wrinkled, 105 year old woman, she returns as a 23 year old woman.

The most interesting part in this story is when Sadie, from her ability to force people to do anything she wants them to by just sceaming into their heads and not stopping. One scene where she gets Lara to go on  a date wearing exactly what she wants, in full twenties costume, and repeating everything she says. Lara and Sadie make a hilarious sparring duo, and at first it seems as though they have nothing in common. But as the mission to find Sadie's necklace leads to intrigue and a new romance for lara, these very different 'twenties' girl learn some surprising truths about each other.
